While many had found their way to their new 'homes' within the city, Inosuke has taken to running around in a sense of absolute wonder. Bright lights, strangely pruned trees, whatever those weird gods of the city were that moved on the weirdly hard ground, smooth ground on 4 round things--and then there was the train. He'd just recently seen one for the very first time in his life, so being shooed onto this one had taken surprisingly no effort by the guards.
What did cause the guards to be annoyed with the new Submissive was his insistence to bang and smack on the windows over and over as the train glides along the track... until its eventual stop in the Up.
All the while as naked as the day he was born. Somehow along the way he'd abandoned, tore, or somehow lost the gown he'd been given when he'd been ushered into Duplicity. Even his boar head mask was tucked away at his new 'home' in the Down that he'd not yet discovered. At first he doesn't notice Shu (what with banging over and over on the train window with his nose pressed up against the glass), but when the train doesn't seem to be moving his attention snaps to him. "It keeps stopping! Tell them to hurry up already!"

Date: 2021-06-02 07:42 pm (UTC)Unfortunately he does not know where this place is, and with little guidance the plan has surmounted to this: ride the train until he finds the building with the most governmental grandeur.
As much as he can, Shu tries to avoid looking at or perceiving Inosuke in any way possible, but being addressed directly is just one more thing on the already large pile of his frustrations. Reflexively, he covers Mademoiselle's ears as she sits on his lap. A lady has no need of hearing that boorish voice.
"Has the thought crossed you, just once, that perhaps you could curb your tongue and stop that incessant noise?"
